Membership subscriptions (The Seeker, The Weaver, The Keeper, The Guide):
- Membership subscriptions (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable for partial or unused periods.
- If you choose to cancel your recurring membership, your access to membership benefits will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the membership term.
- You may cancel your recurring membership at any time through your Member Account page on the Site.
- Refund requests for memberships will not be accepted once a billing period has started, as access to member benefits is granted immediately upon payment.
2. Digital Products (from The Shop)
Downloadable digital content (e.g., guides, prompts, resources):
- Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our downloadable products available through The Shop, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
- Refunds will only be considered in cases of a proven technical defect that genuinely prevents access to or use of the digital product, and cannot be resolved by our support team.
- Requests for refunds due to technical defects must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds will not be granted for accidental purchases or if you change your mind after accessing or downloading the product.
