Refund Policy

At Recollections Within LLC, we aim to keep our refund practices clear and fair. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, exchanges, and order issues will be handled for products or digital goods offered through the Site.


1. Digital Products

Digital products may include downloadable guides, prompts, resources, workbooks, audio offerings, or other digital materials made available through the Site.

  • Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are generally final.
  • Refunds for digital products will only be considered if there is a verified technical problem that prevents access to or reasonable use of the product and the issue cannot be resolved by us within a reasonable period of time.
  • Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will not be granted for accidental purchases, change of mind, failure to read the product description, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference.

2. Physical Products

If physical products are offered through the Site, we may accept returns or replacements only in limited circumstances, such as items arriving damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

  • Requests relating to damaged, defective, or incorrect physical products must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • To request assistance, you may be asked to provide your order information and photographs showing the issue.
  • We reserve the right to determine whether a refund, replacement, store credit, or other resolution is appropriate based on the circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once an order has been transferred to the carrier, but we will make reasonable efforts to help address delivery issues where possible.

3. Products Not Yet Accessed or Delivered

If a product has not yet been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or fulfilled, we may consider cancellation or refund requests on a case-by-case basis.


4. How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue

To request a refund or report a problem with a product, please contact us at connect@recollectionswithin.com. Please include:

  • your name and the email address used for the purchase;
  • the name of the product purchased;
  • the date of purchase;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • if applicable, screenshots, photographs, or other information that helps us understand the problem.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with a purchase, we encourage you to contact us first so we have an opportunity to review the issue and attempt to resolve it directly. We reserve the right to respond to chargebacks or payment disputes with relevant transaction and policy information.


6. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.


Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Refund Policy will be the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, United States.
